During every 10 am Sunday morning service, a crèche is available for younger children – mainly babies and pre-schoolers.
The crèche is staffed by volunteers who are fully DBS checked and there are plenty of toys to keep the little ones amused.
Crèche begins after the first hymn and ends just before communion, so children can go up to the altar with their parents/carers.
The crèche is in the St Peter’s Room on most Sundays (upstairs at the back of the church) or in the St Paul’s Room (back of the church) on a Baptism Sunday. Please ask a sidesperson to show you where it is.
Parents/Carers stay with their child and the service can be heard on an audio link in the crèche room.
If you are interested in volunteering to become a crèche helper, you will need to complete an enhanced DBS check. Please contact Deborah Smith via the Parish Office on 0117 950 8644 or email email@example.com.
Volunteers need to be able to offer 1 hour on a Sunday morning between 10am and 11 am when on the rota. Volunteers can choose how often they are on the rota – usually once every 6 weeks, but can be more or less frequent to suit the individual.
