Our next service
Our next Teatime Church Service takes place at the church from 4pm – 5:15pm on 23rd November. At this service, we will be learning about Jesus’ first disciple, St Andrew. We will be exploring what St Andrews day is all about and what we can learn from St Andrew about being an obedient servant to God and sharing the good news of God’s love with others. There will be stained glass window decorating, fishing games, Scottish flag making and writing letters to God to post in our church post box!
All of our Christmas events for children and families will be listed in December’s Teatime Church Newsletter, including details of our Advent Star Trail, which will start on 1 December in church. December’s Teatime Church takes place on Sunday 7th December and it will be all about stars!

What Is Teatime Church?

Our Teatime Church Service is a fun, friendly and informal gathering aimed at young families. We meet once a month from 4pm to 5.15pm at the back of Holy Trinity Church. Families are welcome to join us for as long as they wish.
There are plenty of fun craft and play activities for children (for the first 30 minutes of the service), a dedicated baby and toddler corner, child-friendly worship songs, games, LEGO and a short presentation/story and time for a short reflection/action prayer followed by a yummy supper for the children and hot drinks and cakes for the adults. There is plenty of opportunity for children to move around and make some noise, enjoying the beautiful church surroundings while learning about God’s love for them all.
Teatime Church is a service that the whole family can enjoy together and is a wonderful place of fellowship, friendship, fun and faith. It’s a great way to meet other local families and learn a bit more about God and the church. If you’re interested in coming along, please email me, Georgie, for more details at familyworker@westbury-parish-church.org.uk or just turn up!
