Joining the Electoral Roll

Our Annual Parochial Church Meeting (APCM) will be held at 7.30pm on Sunday 26th April. If you wish to take part, you need to be on our electoral roll. If you are a regular member of our congregation, and you are not yet on the electoral roll, we would encourage you to apply.

Eligibility criteria

You are eligible to be on the roll if you are baptised and aged over 16. You need to be a member of the Church of England or any church in communion with it. You also need to reside in the parish or, if you are not resident, have attended worship in the parish for six months.

You can apply online (our preferred option) or fill out a paper application form – these are available at the back of the church.

Note: on the online form, please use your cursor to attempt a signature in the Signature box – any scribble is acceptable. Please also scroll to the very bottom of the form to read our Data Privacy Notice. You will need to tick this box to activate the Submit button and send through the form.

Submission deadline

The deadline for submitting applications is Sunday 29th March. The new electoral roll will be displayed on the PCC noticeboard at the back of the church from Sunday 5th April. Additions cannot then be made until after the APCM on 26th April.
